Please note when booking  lessons Payment In Full is required to confirm your booking.  We’re working to get our lesson registrations available on-line, so please watch for that in the near future.

Single Discover Skiing or Snowboarding Lesson ( Ages 6+ )

The Discovery Lesson is designed fro those that have never skied or snowboarded before, our  Discovery ski and snowboard lessons are a head start to get you ready for our weekend or private lesson programs. You will spend time getting to know the equipment and work with our certified CSIA Ski and CASI Snowboard instructors on our beginner slopes to give you an introduction to your new sport.

This package includes:

• equipment rentals
• lift ticket
• and a 1.5 hour lesson

Rates:

Mighty Tykes Lesson ( Ages 3 – 5 )

The Mighty Tykes Lesson is a private 1-on-1 lesson for the little kids! Your child will be introduced to the sport of skiing in a fun and safe environment. With an instructor that is trained to teach younger students.

This package includes:

• equipment rentals
• lift ticket
• and a private 1 hour lesson

Please book in advance so we can confirm instructor availability.

Rates:

2 Day School’s Out Camp ( Ages 6 – 16 )

Whether your child is new to the slopes or a frequent visitor, this is a great way for them to spend their weekend, Christmas,  teacher convention , or Spring breaks.

Camps run for a consecutive 2 days with 2 hours of instruction per day including a lunch snack (slice of pizza or hotdog and a beverage).

Start time:

12:30pm to 2:30pm during Christmas Break, Teachers Convention and Spring Break.

Dates:

• Christmas Break: December 22-23, 26-27, 28-29, 30-31 & January 1-2, 3-4, 5-6.
• Teachers Convention: March 7-8  (6:00pm-8:00pm)
• Teachers Convention: March  9-10.  (12:30pm-2:30pm)
• Spring Break: March 28-29, 30-31.

Note: Minimum of 4 students required per group

Rates:

3 Lesson Weekend Group Program ( Ages 6 – 16 )

This is the best program for skill development & progression of the season. Whether you’re a first timer wanting to try skiing or snowboarding or wanting to learn new skills and imporve your overall technique this is a great way to learn.  1.5 solid hours with an instructor each day, in a program that is designed with your ability and pace in mind. As you progress we can get you booked into the next level when you are ready.

The program runs 3 consecutive weeks and includes 1.5 hours of instruction time each week.

Start times:

11:30am or 2:00pm.

*with a choice of either Saturday or Sunday

Rates:

Ladies Adult Lesson Program ( Ages 17+ )

Call this a social gathering of friends or a chance to work on your own skiing or snowboarding. Your evening will begin in the Snow School to meet and get ready with rentals and passes, then it’s onto the snow for 1.5 hours with your instructor. After the lesson you can stay on the snow or end the night in Snowmakers Lounge where the food is awesome and the fire is even better. As a bonus, if you book your own group of 4 or more we will include a $10 gift card for each of you, good anywhere at Nitehawk.

This program includes a 1.5 hour lesson and a 4 person minimum group size.

Rates:

Private Lessons ( Ages 6+ )

Flexible lesson times to suit your busy schedule. These lessons are suitable for any ability from first-timers to advanced. This progam is offered as a private 1-on-1 lesson or make it a private group lesson for you and your spouse or friends. Ask about special pricing for additional people.

This package includes:

• a 1 hour lesson with the option of two hours or more back-to-back.
• special pricing for additional people.

Rates:

2 Day Weekend Group Program ( Ages 6 – 16 )

This is the best program of the season. If it’s your 1st time or your 10th time on the slopesour weekend youth lessons will help you out. 2 solid hours with an instructor each day, in a program that is designed with your ability and pace in mind. As you progresswe can get you booked into the next level when you are ready. Right at the Snow School!

The program runs 2 consecutive days and includes 2 hours of instruction time each day.

Snowboard Terrain Park Lesson Program ( Ages 6+ )

If you want to jump, shred,drag your knuckles and not biff so much these pros can help. Our Snow School has specially trained Park Instructors that will give you a safe and supervised beginning in our Terrain Park. If you want to ride the parks rails, jump and spin…..and even land it, this is for you.

This package includes:

• a 1 hour lesson with the option of two hours or more back-to-back.
• special pricing for additional people.

Rates:

Cancellation Policy

Lessons will be cancelled if weather conditions force a hill closure.  Follow us on facebook, view our homepage or call the hotline for updates at 780-402-8977.  Lessons will be re-scheduled for the following week at the same time. 

We do require at least 48 hours notice of any non-weather cancellations.  This is to allow us  to cancel your instructor. 
Should 48hrs notice not be given, 50% of the lesson cost will be charged to cover administration and instructor costs.
