Interested in trying biking out with your school, youth group, staff? Nitehawk can bring our bikes, helmets and certified instructors to your location!

Our instructors will spend the allotted time creating a memorable biking experience. We will help kids or adults who are already experienced at riding learn new things, and will allow kids or adults who are new to biking to work on the skills & understanding of their bikes. We want to teach everyone to be safe and have fun, all while creating a life-long skill.

What we cover in our Bike Instruction Sessions:

• Bike parts; Pedals, brakes, chain, seat adjustment, gears
• Base skills; Helmet fit, clothing, bike check, laying the bike down, front brake, back brake, using even pressure, standing start, changing gears, neutral position, body weight, vision, balance, steering, climbing and descending hills
• Activities; obstacles & games, guided group rides around your location

Cost:
For Nitehawk to go to come to your location, with bikes, helmets, games and certified instructors we charge

$25 a participant with bike rental
$20 a participant if they have their own bike.

We want to help everyone to see biking as a fun activity, to realize learning is a lifelong activity and to take personal challenges. Through biking people can learn skills in decision making, release stress and use it as a tool for anger management. Safety and fun are number 1! Our instructors support every student/athlete in the principles of strong body, strong mind, and strong character through their efforts on the bike.
