But injuries don’t have to!
Nitehawk Yoga will be here to teach you a few stretches and strengthening exercises that can be added to your training to significantly decrease your risk of injury. We will also talk about past injuries, and discuss routines for recovery.
Nutrition By Karie will also be coming out to explore the athletic lifestyle and discuss the benefits of finding a meal plan that complements your needs as an athlete.
The cost of the class is 20$, and we suggest registering in advance as spots fill up quick!
