Monday – 7:30 to 8:30 pm
Thursday – 7:30 to 8:30 pm
Sunday – 10 to 11 am
Yoga is a great addition to the many activities offered out at Nitehawk – whether you are out here trail training, riding bikes, skiing/snowboarding, or starting your day with Brunch – Yoga is the perfect addition to your schedule.
All of our classes are by donation and are taught by certified instructors.
