The Grande Prairie Ski Club o/a: Nitehawk Year-Round Adventure Park is proudly governed by a group of volunteer Board of Directors, and dedicated community leaders who help shape the long-term vision, strategic direction, and financial sustainability of our non-profit organization.

Our Board works closely with Management to ensure Nitehawk continues to thrive as a safe, inclusive, and accessible recreation hub for families, athletes, and visitors across the Peace Region.

Board members bring a wide range of skills and experiences, from finance and governance to recreation, community development, and business leadership. Their collective insight supports the growth of our winter and summer operations, capital projects, and community partnerships.
