The Details

Open year-round, Nitehawk Wilderness Campground & RV Park is a great place to spend your time away. With beautiful scenery and dense foliage, the sites are both treed and private, offering an exceptional camping experience. 

Amenities

On site showers, laundry facilities and washrooms are provided for your comfort and convenience. Also, on your doorstep is access to Nitehawk’s own Gravity Mountain Biking facility. 

Location

With our location just 12 kilometres south of Grande Prairie, overlooking the banks of the Wapiti River, a serene as well as aesthetic stay is what you can expect. Wild-life is plentiful in the area, a charming addition for anyone who enjoys the atmosphere the wilderness can provide. All this only ten minutes outside of the city. 

Group Site

New in the summer of 2008 is the addition of our group site. Ideal for your family get together, high school reunion, or just some time away with friends. The group site includes 15 individual powered sites, a pavilion, and a large landscaped area for your enjoyment. Free firewood is included, as well as the use of many of Nitehawk’s amenities.
