Cancellation Policy – Nitehawk Campground
All cancellations must be made directly with a Nitehawk employee. Do not cancel via email or voicemail.
Fees & Refunds:
A $10 cancellation fee applies to all bookings. The $10 reservation fee is non-refundable.
Refunds on camping fees are based on notice given before 12:00 PM on your scheduled arrival day:
NO REFUND for cancellations after the dates or NO SHOWS
2 days prior: One night’s camping fee forfeited.
1 Day prior: Two nights’ camping fees forfeited.
Less than 24 hours: No refund.
There are no additional cancellation penalties.
Refunds are processed to the original payment card within five to ten business days.
Please Note: No refunds will be issued outside the above terms for reasons including weather, site conditions, air/water quality, wildlife, insects, fire/liquor bans, vehicle issues, navigation errors, construction, or evictions. These are beyond Nitehawk’s control.
