The Tuffest 10 Trail Race is a staple in the NW Alberta trail running scene. Restrictions on gatherings and sporting events won’t stop us from keeping you active and engaged this year.

Let’s get “VERT”ual!

Our Tuffest 10 course is known for its climbs so our challenge will be just that…it’s a “VERT”ual challenge!

For the month of June, log that VERT! We will be using the Free Activity Tracker App STRAVA.  A great way to track the “VERT” and watch progress among the entire group.

Simply register for the “VERT”ual challenge and receive ONE entry into our massive prize draw! ALL PARTICIPANTS will receive a unique Tuffest 10 “VERT”ual Challenge woodal and commemorative bib.

For those looking for more of a challenge, we will be offering bonus entries for every 419 meters of “VERT”ual laps completed! Why 419m you ask? That is the vertical climb of one lap of our signature Tuffest 10 course! (Vert will be accumulated throughout the month of June. Example: achieve 4,190m in combined elevation and receive 10 additional entries.) We have some exciting prizes coming your way! So get out there and start climbing!

Challenge Guidelines:

Every lap (419m of Vert) you log through our Strava Event Group is good for 1 entry into the prizes draw. *You must complete at least 1 “VERT”ual lap to qualify for the draw. 

• Each “VERT”ual lap gets you an extra entry into the draw.
• Track your Vert and join our Strava Event Group – Tuffest10 “VERT”ual Challenge 2021 – to follow along with the fun! The link to the Strava Event Group will be emailed to you in your registration confirmation email.
