We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established the following refund policy for our summer biking camps:
– All refund requests must be submitted in writing to adventure@gonitehawk.com.
– Refund requests will be processed based on the date the written request is received.
– Full Refund: A full refund (100% of the camp fee) will be granted if the written request is received at least 30 days before the camp start date.
– Partial Refund: A 50% refund of the camp fee will be granted if the written request is received between 15 and 29 days before the camp start date.
– No Refund: No refund will be granted if the written request is received 14 days or less before the camp start date.
– No refunds will be issued once the camp session has started, regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal.
– If the camp is canceled by Nitehawk a full refund (100% of the camp fee) will be issued to all registered participants.
– In the case of a medical emergency that prevents a participant from attending the camp, a full refund may be granted upon submission of a medical certificate or doctor’s note. This request must be submitted before the camp start date.
– Instead of a refund, participants may transfer their registration to another individual for the same camp session, provided written notification is given at least 7 days before the camp start date.
– Registration fees and other administrative fees are non-refundable, except in the case of camp cancellation by Nitehawk.
– Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
