Winter is officially making its way back to the Wapiti River Valley; and so are we!
Our snowmaking crews have been hard at work whenever Mother Nature gives us the right temperatures. To make quality snow, we need consistent cold weather between –6°C and –10°C throughout the day and night, and we’re taking every opportunity to build up the base for opening.

With steady progress and favourable temperatures in the forecast, we’re excited to announce our Soft Opening Weekend on Saturday, December 6 & Sunday, December 7, 2025 from 11:00AM-5:00PM each day! The Aquatera Tube Zone will also be opening with tubing sessions from 12:00-2:00pm & 2:30-4:30pm, so make sure to pre-book your tubing sessions online up to 4 days in advance by clicking the buy-online button.
