• Terms of Service- Nitehawk Year-Round Adventure Park

  All camper Terms and Conditions 

  • Check-in time is 2 pm, and Check-out time is noon.  If you wish to have firewood, all wood orders need to be placed by 3:30 pm Friday.  Firewood is sold in bags for $10.00.
  • All sites must be allocated through the reservation system.  Guests cannot drive through the campground, select a location, and then pay.  Payment must be made before entering the campground.
  • Rent needs to be paid in full before your arrival.  Failure to make timely payments will result in an additional weekly $35 fee being added to your account until the account is cleared up.  A valid credit card and a $300.00 or $500.00 refundable site deposit are required on the day of check-in; amounts depend on your stay.  The site deposit will be refunded if the account is up to date, the last power reading is completed, and the site rented is clean.
  • Power Rates are 0.20 per KWh.
  • E-Transfers can be sent to accounting@gonitehawk.com
  • Clean up after yourself and leave the site ready for the next guest.  Do not leave garbage in the fire pit when leaving the area; all waste must be taken to the trash bin.
  • Bears frequent this area – please use the Bear Proof Garbage Bins located in Loop 1 and Loop 2 or for weekend camping at the entrance of the group area.  Do not burn garbage in fire pits or leave food out at night, including pet food.  All bottles and cans need to be placed in recycling bins.
  • To comply with health regulations, all Sewer connections require a ridged elbow adapter and must be airtight.
  • Be Courteous and Respectful of others.  Turn the Music Off and Whisper.  Quiet time between 10:30 pm & 8:00 am
  • No visitors after 10:00 pm
  • Maximum of 1 RV Unit and two vehicles in each site, parked on Gravel pads – use the parking lot for visitors.  Commercial vehicles over 1 ton and towed equipment must use the parking lot.
  • NO FIREWORKS allowed in the RV Park due to fire hazards.
  • ALL Pets must be quiet, always kept on a leash, and cleaned up after.  They are not to be left outside unattended for any length of time.
  • No ATVs are permitted in the Campground OR the Ski Area.  ATVs & Dirt Bikes must be loaded on your truck or trailer, hauled out of the campground and off Nitehawk Property, or driven out at the posted speed limit.
  • The speed limit in RV Park is 10 km/h.
  • No trailers with WOOD Stoves will be allowed on location
  • No tree-cutting or brush removal is permitted.
  • No running water to be left on, i.e.) Pressure washers, water toys, pool filling, and washing vehicles- Our sound system and pumps can’t handle the draw of demand.
  • Insurance- The camper is responsible for having their RV covered by their insurance for any damage that could occur.  Nitehawk is not responsible for unforeseeable events, such as but not limited to windstorms, tree damage, hail, theft, vandalism, acts of God, and animal damage.
  • Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, and obnoxious or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated.  This includes any damage to our property by you or any visitors you have welcomed onto our premises.  This will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
  • CHECK FIRE BANS prior to coming, we will not refund due to things out of our control
