Please Note:
Per MONERIS Payment Processing, Credit Card Pre-authorizations will be removed from your credit card after 5 business days. Should guests not come to the ticket office to confirm return of their rental equipment, and our rental staff confirm that the equipment wasn’t returned, the Pre-Authorization will be completed for the full deposit amount (which means: payment will be processed).
Cash & Debit deposits will be returned by Nitehawk Staff when the guest shows proof of identification that matches their rental form, and we receive confirmation from our Rental Staff that ALL equipment was returned and undamaged.
