Burgers and Beer Night offers an evening of elevated dining and craft beer, set in the warmth of our Snowmaker’s Lounge. This exclusive event, in collaboration with Grain Bin Brewing, features a thoughtfully curated plated menu paired with select craft beers to enhance your culinary experience.

The menu begins with baked garlic parmesan chicken wings, followed by a bison burger on a brioche bun with arugula and Saskatoon berry compote, served with baked zucchini chips and garlic aioli. For dessert, enjoy a caramel apple trifle, presented in a stylish jar. Each course is paired with a unique beer selection from Grain Bin Brewing.
